Pioneer Point Recovery provides addiction treatment and is not a crisis intervention service. Please use the resources above if you need immediate help. Once the situation is stable, we’re here to talk about treatment: (918) 990-9949.

One important note: the Privacy Policy and Terms are solid working drafts, but because Pioneer Point is a healthcare provider handling protected health information, these two pages should get a pass from their attorney before launch. HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 compliance language is something a lawyer needs to sign off on, and I noticed “clinical sign-off from Doug” was already on the meeting notes checklist, so this can ride along with that review.

Can these all just live in the footer?

Yes, that’s exactly where they belong. Standard practice is a footer link row: Privacy Policy | Terms of Use | Accessibility | Crisis Resources. No main nav needed, and keep them noindexed as we set up.

One suggestion on the Crisis Disclaimer: link the page in the footer, but also put the essential line directly in the footer text itself so someone in crisis doesn’t need an extra click. Something like:

In crisis? Call or text 988, or dial 911.

That single line plus the four links covers you. Families searching late at night scroll to footers looking for phone numbers, so it earns its space.
