Admission

Once we have a clear plan, we'll coordinate travel if needed, arrange detox if necessary, and schedule an admission date.

Treatment Begins

Your loved one arrives at Pioneer Point and begins residential treatment. You'll receive updates from our team and be included in the process from the start.

What You Need to Know Before You Call

How long is treatment?

Our residential program is 30 to 90 days, depending on individual needs and progress.

Can families visit?

Yes. We coordinate family visits and therapy sessions during treatment.

What happens in an emergency?

If your loved one is in immediate danger from overdose, withdrawal, or suicidal thoughts, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. Once he’s stable, contact us to discuss next steps.
