Outcomes Accountability

We believe in measuring what matters and reporting results publicly. Accountability isn’t optional. It’s core to who we are.

Why Outcomes Matter

Too many treatment centers make promises without backing them up with data. Families are told to trust the process without ever seeing proof that the process works.

Pioneer Point takes a different approach. We track outcomes, measure progress, and report results because we believe families deserve transparency and men deserve treatment that’s proven to work.

What We Measure

Completion Rates

How many men complete the full residential program versus leaving early.

Sobriety Outcomes

We follow up with clients and families at 30, 60, and 90 days, and continue to follow up in perpetuity post-discharge to track continued sobriety.

Family Satisfaction

We survey families about their experience with communication, involvement, and support during treatment.

Quality of Life Improvements

We ask men to self-report changes in relationships, employment, mental health, and daily functioning.

Step Work Completion

This approach helps men find their own reasons for change rather than being told what to do. It builds intrinsic motivation and reduces resistance to treatment.

Step Work Completion

We track how many men complete specific steps during residential treatment and connect with sponsors after discharge.

What Men Gain from Residential Treatment

Men leave residential treatment with tools they didn’t have before. They learn to identify trauma triggers and process them without substances, practice healthy coping skills that work in real life, rebuild trust with family through consistent communication and action, develop daily routines that support sobriety, and connect with a peer community that understands the work. Residential treatment doesn’t just stop the behavior. It addresses the reasons behind it and equips men to stay sober once they return home.

How Families Stay Involved

You’re not waiting on the sidelines. Pioneer Point includes families from the start.
You’ll receive scheduled updates from the clinical team, participate in family therapy sessions, access our family education program to understand addiction and trauma, and be part of discharge planning so you know how to support your loved one after treatment.

Recovery is a family process. We make sure you’re informed, supported, and prepared.

What Happens After Residential Treatment?

Discharge isn’t the end. It’s a transition. We work with each man and his family to create a step-down plan that may include sober living referrals, outpatient therapy connections, ongoing 12-step meeting attendance, alumni programming and peer support, and scheduled check-ins with our team.

The goal is to carry the work forward and build a life that makes sobriety sustainable.
